Glenn Towe, P.Eng. - President and CEO, Imtex Membranes Corp.
Mr. Towe has over 16 years of industrial management experience. Before joining Imtex Membranes, Mr. Towe led new product development at Hydrogenics Corp., as Director of Technology, Hydrogen Generation, and at Royal Group Technologies Ltd. as Vice President, New Product Development. Prior to this, Mr. Towe was Manager, New Product Introduction at Zenon Environmental Inc. (now a part of GE Water & Process Technologies). Mr. Towe earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

Scott Monteith - President and CEO, Monteco Ltd.
Mr. Monteith founded Monteco Ltd. and has served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. He has taken Monteco from its founding and successfully launched a number of portfolio companies including Biox Corp., Imbrium Systems, Green Turtle Technologies, Filamat Composites, Imtex Membranes, and Optomem Sensors, over the course of his career. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and a founding member of the National Angels Organization. Scott received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1991.

Prof. Xianshe Feng, PhD - Professor, Chemical Engineering, University of Waterloo
Mr. Feng is the original inventor of the olefin/paraffin membrane technology currently being commercialized by Imtex. He is one of the world's preeminent membrane experts and researchers. Prior to joining the University of Waterloo, Dr. Feng was a researcher at the Alberta Research Council in the field of membrane technology. He holds several patents and has been widely published in the membrane field. He is a scientific reviewer for several membrane and separation process journals. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Mike Brandt, C.A. - Chief Financial Officer, Monteco Ltd.
Mr. Brandt began his career at KPMG providing business advisory services to mid-market companies. As a Partner for twelve years, he developed a $1.3 million client service base in the Media, Marketing & Communications, and the Manufacturing & Distribution sectors. Prior to joining Monteco, Mr. Brandt held senior executive positions at Loews Cineplex Odeon Corporation and Thomas Cook Financial Services. While at Thomas Cook, Mr. Brandt played an important financial role during Travelex America Inc.'s acquisition of the financial services company. Mr. Brandt earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant.

Harold Storie, B.Eng - Imperial Oil (retired)
Mr. Storie spent 36 years with Imperial Oil, including 30 years in chemicals and 25 years in olefins specifically. His experience includes management of the Basic Chemicals business, Sale and Supply Management for Olefins and operating plant management. Mr. Storie received his Bachelor in Chemical Engineering degree from Queen's University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Waterloo.

Rafael Simon, PhD - Partner, VantagePoint Venture Partners
Dr. Simon served for five years as Chief Operating Officer of Zenon Environmental Inc., one of the world's leading suppliers of membrane based water and wastewater treatment technologies. During his entire tenure Zenon achieved a 300% increase in its value culminating in Zenon's acquisition by General Electric in 2006. He was also selected as Canada's top CCO in 2004 by Canadian Business Magazine. Prior to Zenon, Dr. Simon was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. where he specialized in corporate level growth strategies in the environmental and energy sectors. He received his PhD in Materials Science & Minerals Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Samuel Leung - CFA Director, Corporate Development, Monteco Ltd.
Mr. Leung is responsible for corporate development initiatives including strategic planning, M&A, and all corporate finance activities. Mr. Leung began his career in finance at the Delphi Corporation where he evaluated and led a number of acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture projects. While at Delphi he became acting CFO of a $100 million product line for five global facilities before moving onto Hunjan International in January 2005. He took on Director, Corporate Development responsibilities and led efforts to recapitalize the $100 million company. Mr. Leung received his MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.

Greg Williams, PhD - Director, Research & Development, Monteco Ltd.
Dr. Williams is Director, Research & Development, and leads a team of four research professionals from the Company's 23,000 sq. ft. research & development centre. Dr. Williams is responsible for sourcing and assessing the commercialization potential of new CleanTech products for the Company. Prior to Monteco, he was a Research Scientist & Product Development Leader at Trojan Technologies Inc. before joining Monteco in 2006. Prior to this he worked for Abitibi-Price Inc. (now AbitibiBowater Inc.) in their Innovation Group, responsible for sourcing and assessing new technology and product development. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, and his PhD from the University of Toronto.
