As a manufacturer of wastewater pretreatment products we generally do not collect personal information. On certain limited occasions, we may collect personal information (e.g. personal information of individuals who apply for employment with us) and on such occasions, we will always collect your Personal Information by fair and lawful means and will obtain your consent to do so or as otherwise permitted by law.

Why we collect your personal Information
• We only collect personal information about you if you supply it voluntarily, through contacting us via e-mail or on-line registration 
• We collect personal information about you if it is required to provide you with a service you have requested. 
• We may use software that receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our web site for the purposes of gathering website usage statistics only. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site. 
• We may use "cookies" in special areas of our site that require login or registration. These cookies are used only for the purposes of verifying your login information. 
We do not use cookies to track how our visitors use the site. 
Collection of any further personal information other than that for reasons outlined above will only occur with your consent.

Personal information you supply is not disclosed to anyone except Imtex employees who require said information to complete an indicated function. Imtex uses your personal information in order to provide you with services you have requested, to process online donations or applications for employment, or to provide you with access to a secure area of our site.

We have established minimum and maximum retention periods and procedures for maintaining and destroying your Personal Information.

We will ensure that your Personal Information is kept as accurate, complete and up-to-date as possible. We will not routinely update your Personal Information, unless such a process is necessary.

If you successfully demonstrate that the Personal Information we have on you is inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend the Personal Information as required.
