Imtex is proud to announce its sponsorship and speaker presence at IRPC 2016 at the Milan Marriott Hotel.
Imtex Membranes Corp. is pleased to announce that it will be a sponsor at the 28th Ethylene Producers Conference (EPC). The EPC will be conducted in conjunction with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Spring Meeting and 12th Global Congress on Process Safety to be held April 10-14, 2016, at the Hilton Americas – Houston Hotel in Houston, Texas.
The AIChE Spring Meeting is the year’s key technical conference for practicing chemical engineers. Imtex will be exhibiting its revolutionary Permylene™ Membrane technology during the conference. Permylene is a proprietary facilitated transport membrane technology developed by Imtex for separating olefins from paraffins in mixed streams.
You are invited to visit us in the EPC Sponsors Area located in Ballrooms A and D on the 4th floor of the Hilton Americas - Houston Hotel during the conference.
We are proud to be sponsors and exhibitors at Asian Downstream Week.
We hope you were able to join us for our presentation and would be pleased to welcome you at our booth, A4, to discuss Imtex's innovative Permylene technology further. We look forward to meeting you.
Join Glenn Towe and Jamie Hughes at the Process & Technology presentation section on Wednesday 28 October at .... where Glenn will present on Permylene, membrane separation technology that revolutionizes olefin extraction and purification for the petrochemical and refining industries.
Imtex Innovative Membrane Technologies invites you to join us at the two upcoming industry conferences:
- the International Refining and Petrochemical Conference, Abu Dhabi, 1-3 June
- the 12th Global Petrochemicals Conference in Dusseldorf, Germany, 9-11 June
We will be introducing Permylene™ with a presentation entitled “Olefin/Paraffin Separation using the Permylene™ Membrane System”, an advanced membrane separation technology providing a high performance, lower cost and the only commercially viable alternative to traditional distillation techniques for olefin purification and extraction.
For further technical information about Permylene please visit and download our whitepapers @ http://www.imtexmembranes.com/whitepapers
If you wish to set up a meeting with one of our representatives at one of these conferences please feel free to use our website contact form.

The Permylene Membrane System was a featured technology at the 27th Ethylene Producers Conference that was held April 26-30, 2015, at the Austin Hilton in Austin, Texas. Ali Hamza, Technology Manager for Imtex Membranes Corp. presented the topic “Continuous Olefin/Paraffin Separation with Permylene™ Facilitated Transport Membranes” at the conference that was attended by over 1600 delegates representing major petrochemical manufacturers and engineering companies from around the world.
T he Permylene Membrane System is the first commercially available facilitated transport membrane system that offers a high performance, lower cost alternative to traditional distillation techniques for olefin extraction and purification in the petrochemical and refining industries. Permylene offers significant economic and environmental benefits over the distillation processes typically employed for olefin-paraffin separations.
“The Permylene Membrane System was very well received at the conference,” said Glenn Towe, President and CEO of Imtex. “Imtex was pleased with the overwhelmingly positive response to this revolutionary technology, a technology that has been in development for the last several years. The Permylene Membrane System offers producers of mixed olefin-paraffin streams the opportunity to separate and recover high purity olefins at a significantly reduced capital investment and operating cost versus conventional separation processes.”
Founded in 2007, Imtex is an advanced membrane separation technology company that is focused on the rapid deployment of a patented high performance, reliable and cost-effective membrane technology for the separation of olefins from paraffins and other compounds. Imtex is committed to delivering dramatic improvements in the efficiency, sustainability and cost effectiveness of these important separations to the petrochemical industry.
